Features

Features

What the app records, and how it shows it back to you.

Blood pressure and pulse

Readings in sessions, with the time, the monitor used and a note. Values are stored exactly as you enter them.

Medicines and schedules

Each medicine with its schedule, the doses you take and every change of dose. A plan you were given can be entered as dated steps.

Charts with dose changes marked

Daily averages or single readings over weeks or months, with each recorded dose change drawn as a line.

Optional areas

Every area starts switched off, including blood pressure. Turn on the ones you use, such as weight or sleep, and add measures of your own.

Reminders

Reminders at the times you set. They repeat your own schedule and never suggest a dose.

Print and export

A printable summary for appointments, CSV and JSON exports, and imports that you check before anything is added.

Passkey lock

Unlock with your fingerprint, face or device PIN. If you lose the device, twelve recovery words open an encrypted backup.

Country settings

Dates, units and reference sources for the UK, Ireland, the US, Canada, Australia and New Zealand. Each source is named and dated.
